An über list of leadership characteristics

I recently compiled this list of leadership characteristics for one of the Leadership Vision exercises we do in my Strategic UX Management program, and I thought it might be a handy tool for others looking to hone their unique leadership vision. One of the first parts to establishing your vision is to clarify HOW you lead, what KIND of leader are you? This list of characteristics is long - 43 traits! - and I’m sure it’s not complete. There are so many ways to describe the kind of leader you are! However by looking through this list and identifying what are the 5 or so most important traits to you, you can identify both how you lead now, and where you would like to develop in the future.
