ADHD COACHING
Unlock your full potential!
Work with your unique brain, instead of against it
I specialize in helping adults work with their unique neurodivergent brains so they can tap into their strengths to manage the challenges posed by ADHD.
I have a deep understanding of ADHD - both from personal life experience and from certified ADHD Coach Training - and am dedicated to guiding you towards a more productive, organized, and fulfilling life.
I understand how ADHD can hold you back from achieving the life you want, and it has nothing to do with “how hard you want it.” Our modern-day society is largely set up for neurotypical brains – which means that the ways you’ve been taught to do things, or how your time or environment are structured, may not be what works best for you. Many people with ADHD have developed an internal voice mirroring this neurotypical approach, which can be extra demoralizing. It isn’t that you “need to work harder,” “want it more,” “find your passion,” “create a plan & stick to it,” or “just finish what you started.”
You need a safe, compassionate space to ask questions and find real solutions to your challenges – not more judgment and checklists.
What are the benefits of ADHD coaching?
ADHD presents different challenges for everyone. After diving deep into the results you want to change, we begin with focusing on one primary area, and pretty soon the benefits begin to compound across many areas of your life (some say it feels almost like magic!). Some of the results include:
Time management and organization strategies that work for you.
Identifying barriers to productivity and developing tailored strategies.
Focus and attention Develop techniques to maintain focus, minimize distractions, and stay on task.
Goals Support in setting realistic goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
Emotional Regulation Build a set of tools and strategies you can use to manage emotions, reduce impulsivity, and handle stress and frustration more effectively.
Self-Esteem and confidence through consistent support and the achievement of goals
Improved communication and relationships through enhanced interpersonal skills.
Sustained motivation and accountability
Healthy balance between work, personal life, and self-care.
What’s it like to work with me?
I approach ADHD - my own, and others’ - with compassion and curiosity.
My coaching approach integrates strengths-based methods with cognitive-behavioral techniques. By focusing on your unique strengths, we build a foundation of confidence and capability, leveraging your gifts to tackle challenges. At the same time, cognitive-behavioral strategies help you understand and reframe your thought patterns, develop practical skills, and implement effective behaviors. This is how you can harness your amazing power, and also develop perspectives and tools that will help you sustain growth and success long after coaching.

How long does it take?
I know, you’re ready for change NOW (I get it, I have ADHD too)! Of course the short answer is, it depends. How long you should expect to continue with ADHD coaching can vary widely based on your individual needs, goals, and progress. Here's a general idea of what to expect:
Initial Commitment: I recommend starting with a commitment of at least 2 months (8 sessions). This gives you enough time to build a solid foundation, make clear progress in multiple areas, and practice new tools and strategies.
Session Frequency: The initial 8 sessions are weekly, for 60 minutes. After that, we’ll assess whether we can meet weekly or bi-weekly, and sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes, depending on what best supports you.
Ongoing Support: For some, ADHD coaching is a long-term commitment. You might continue coaching beyond 6 months, with the frequency of sessions decreasing over time as you gain more skills and confidence.
Periodic Check-Ins: Even after reaching your initial goals, you might opt for periodic check-ins or booster sessions to maintain progress and tackle any new challenges that arise.
The exact timeline depends on factors like the severity of your ADHD symptoms, your specific goals, how dedicated you are to implementing strategies, and the complexity of your personal and professional life. My goal is to support you for as long as you find it beneficial.
What’s the ROI (how does this investment pay out?)
Investing in ADHD coaching can lead to transformative, concrete payoffs in both your professional and personal life. By investing in ADHD coaching, you can make lasting changes in your life that result in more money for you - for example, getting a promotion at work, not losing a job due to poor productivity or communication issues, making more money by staying in a job long enough to advance, saving money by becoming more financially organized or less impulsive with money, for entrepreneurs it could mean getting more organized or productive in your business… the list goes on.
